I worked with John for many years, and have so many memories of him.  My favorite:  my son was born in 1994 and we named him John Michael.  John K seemed to be very fond of him because of their shared name.  One day I brought my then 18 month old in to visit the laboratory, and John K took him from my arms, proceeded to joyfully lift him above his head to play, and promptly received a face full of whatever the baby had eaten just prior !   We laughed about that for many many years.  He will certainly be missed.  My condolences to Madge and the entire family.

I was honored to be the Choir Director that John was a part of. I have such fond memories of his kindness, support and dedication. He was always exuberant in all that he did and the positions he held. Thank you John for adding to not only my life, but to all you encountered. You will be sorely missed❤️

I am very sad to hear of Kachur's ( as I called him at work) passing . I have alot of memories from work , but my fondest is the day he told me I was expecting my first daughter. I was over whelmed with happiness ! He gave me a huge hug and I think he cried with me. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
