  We were so sorry to here of the passing of a really great guy. I am in Florida and did not hear about it until today. My sister Linda in Toronto also did not know, and was deeply saddened to hear. I know one thing for sure, he was a great neighbor and friend to my Dad "Muggsy" Florian. My Dad really enjoyed having Chipper across the street for guy stuff all the time when they would work on cars etc or need something. Maybe now, they are catching up on some of the talks they used to have back then. Danny Mario Florian
