  To John's Family: I worked as a foreman with John in the Stebenville Plant. I was young and green and John took me under his wing and freely shared his vast knowledge of production operations. His work ethic was the best. It was men like John who made Weirton Steel. The thing I remember the most about John was his great sense of humor. I shared a few beers after work with John from time to time, and I always left with a smile on my face. I know that family for John was always No 1. He was proud of all his kids. I shall not forget John, he was a mentor and a friend to me. Simply put, he was a good man. Blessing to the entire family. Rick Dimit
