Joe B. McClure, 83, of Wintersville passed away Sunday, October 1, 2006 at Trinity West. He was born in Leichfield, KY a son of the late Rufe and Nannie Ross McClure. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister and four brothers. He was Methodist by faith and a florist at the former Diekmann-McCauslen Florist. Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Dorothy J. Smith McClure whom he married July 24, 1946; twin sons Donald (Dianne) McClure of Wintersville and Ronald (Marilyn) McClure of New Cumberland, WV; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and sister Mary Jane Jordan of Leichfield, KY. Per the family’s request, there will be no services or visitation.
