Julia Krutilla Margaret Heaton My Mother and I only knew Joan for a short time at the Weirton Geriatric Center, but enjoyed her reserved presence during their luncheons. Joan always wore her sunglasses and scarves providing a cheery atmosphere. She is sorely missed.

We are so sorry to learn of Aunt Joan's passing. She was the absolute sweetest person we knew. Now she and Mum will be able to play cards together again! She was godmother to both Butch and our son Thom. Heaven is a better place now with her sweet smile to brighten it! May you be comforted. Love, Butch, Lynna and Thom Howe
