Joan will be missed by many who had the privilege of knowing her. I met her when we formed the Bezaleel Wells chapter of Questers here in Steubenville when, as the first chapter President, I received much help from Joan, who was our chapter adviser and mentor. Joan was never too busy to answer a call and her advice was always appreciated. Always a lady, always helpful and always interested, Joan will be sorely missed. Although the pain of her death is difficult for her family, I hope they know that she was a very special person and they should be very proud of her and know that she was loved by many of us because she was a very unique and distinctive lady.
