Jeff was my mothers long term partner for the majority of my childhood and helped her raise me and my brothers for many years. He was a major part of my life growing up and always treated us like his own. I wish I could truly thank him for all he did for me. He was a really good person. Sending love to the family.

Very sorry for your families loss. Jeff and I were best friends growing up in Winterville. We lost touch over the years and I have been trying to get his number when I saw his obituary. Jeff was taken way too early, RIP my dirt bike riding buddy.
