Jeffrey L. Baker, 70, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 and is now in the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on December 22,1947 the son of LeRoy C. Baker of Wintersville, Ohio and the late Fredda Roberts Baker. Jeffrey retired with over 20 years of service as a Speech Therapist with the Orrville City School District. He was a faithful Christian and loved to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. He was a member of Steubenville Rifle & Pistol Club and loved to golf and deer hunt. Jeffrey was an avid Steelers fan and enjoyed playing baseball and riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his daughter Jessica (Mitch) McKelvey of Westerville, Ohio, and three grandchildren who he adored Jade, Calista and Mirabelle; father LeRoy C. Baker and sister Carrie Montgomery of Cincinnati. Per Jeffrey’s wishes, services will be private and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville, Ohio.
