Jean L. Dougherty 65 of Wintersville, OH died Monday, August 11, 2003 at Trinity West, Steubenville. She was born in Steubenville on March 29, 2003 a daughter of the late Julius Nemeth. She was a member of Wintersville Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband Tom E. Dougherty, whom she married on July 15, 1956, sons Mark Dougherty of Wintersville and Warren (Tina) Dougherty of Steubenville, daughter Jennifer Dougherty and her companion Patrick Phelan of Wintersville, mother L. Jean Monney Nemeth of Wintersville, brothers Jules Nemeth of Wintersville and Chuck Nemeth of Steubenville, sisters Joanne Ritchie and Ilona Nemeth both of Wintersville, Kathy (Tom) Matthews of New Cumberland, WV, granddaughters Katherine and Sarah Dougherty both of Steubenville. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9p.m., where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. with Minister Steve Alexander officiating.
