Jean F. Phillips, 90, of Wintersville, Ohio died Friday, March 18, 2005 at Carriage Inn of Steubenville. She was born in Steubenville on September 14, 1914 the daughter of the late Henry C. and Frances Galbraith Fach. Jean was a retired cook for Indian Creek Schools. She held membership in A.A.R.P., Buckeye Club and Sunset Club both of Steubenville. Preceding her in death were her husband Ronald W. Phillips on June 16, 1982. Jean is survived by her two daughters Judith Cavanaugh of Wintersville and Dona DellaPenna Fisher with whom she resided; son Nick (Anne) Fach of Severna Park, Maryland; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.; where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday with George Henry officiating.
