Jay Paul Oberholtzer, Sr., 77, of Wintersville, Ohio died on Thursday, May 3, 2007 at his residence. He was born June 5, 1929 in East Palestine, OH. Per the request of the family there is no visitation. Memorial donations may be directed to: Valley Hospice, 380 Summit Avenue, Steubenville, OH 43952.
