Janet Helene Long, 89, of Hilliard, Ohio formerly of Wintersville, OH died Monday, October 23, 2017 at the Laurels of Hilliard in Hilliard, OH. She was born March 5, 1928 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late George W. and Frances McFeely Floto. Janet was a member of Wintersville United Methodist Church and Methodist Women. Preceding Janet in death were her husband Robert Dean Long; son Dale G. Long and daughter Dorinda Bunner. Surviving are her sons Dean and Dan Long both of Hilliard, OH; daughter Diane (John) Zofchak of Hilliard, OH; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. A service will be held at Fort Steuben on Thursday at 2 p.m. for family and friends with Rev. Dr. Clint Quillen officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to Wintersville United Methodist Church, 702 Main Street, Wintersville, OH 43953.
