Mr. Vale was kind enough to hire me many years ago at the bank as I worked myself through Miami University. I will always be grateful for his generous gift of a job and that opportunity to work toward my bachelors and masters degrees. As I read of all the things that he has done in his life, I can see that he gifted all those around him with his knowledge, love and friendship. I send you my heartfelt condolences and will remember him always. Margaret Archangel Mason, Ohio

Luckily, I have good photos of Jim a few years ago while he was practicing with parking cones for his driver's license renewal test. He looked cool in his spiffy PT Cruiser! Fun times and good memories to keep.

I was very sorry to hear of Jims passing. I have many fond memories as I grew up living next door to Jim and Katherine. They were always so nice and helpful. In particular I remember the many Saturday mornings in my childhood that I spent with them. I miss them both.
