Shirley, Eddie and Mike: My sincerest condolences to the three of you and your families. Although, I am simply a friend of the family, your husband/dad was like a second father to me. I have known him my entire life and my years of memories of him will be with me forever. I feel my own sorrow in his loss and cannot imagine the grief that you feel. I'm sure we will all take comfort in knowing that he is in a better place now with our Maker and no longer has to fight or feel pain. He was a wonderful man and my life is better having known him and having been able to share in his. Your friend, Kim (aka. Kimbo)

'Rich' -- Our deepest condolences to you and your family on the passign of your father. Although I only met your Dad once - and that was many years ago - I realize what a great man he was. Now that I'm a father, I can appreciate this saying more so now than ever before: "children generally never listen to their parents, but they always imitate them." Since you are a good guy and a great friend, it just goes to show that you were imitating from the model you knew best. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. God bless. Syd & family

We just learned of Jim's passing and our condolences go out to the entire family. He was always quick with a joke and laughing when I saw him. Mike, I remember diving in your pool and he yelled from the porch... Hey Kroskey, you dive like a frog! I'm sorry we won't be able to attend the services, but our thoughts and prayers will be with you all. Dale, Kelly, Alyssa and Jacob

My deepest sympathy to the entire family. I was fortunate to visit with Mike at his parents' home often during the college years. These are some of my fondest memories of that time. I remember Mr. Richardson as being a warm, fun-loving and generous man who deeply cared for those in his life. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Our deepest sympathy to you on the loss of Jim. I had the pleasure of meeting and playing golf with Jim a few years back in Wichita and had a great time. His game was off a bit that day, but his sence of humor was a hole-in-one.

Mike, Tabitha and Mrs Richardson: Julie and I were truly saddened to hear about the loss of your dad and husband. Although my contact with Mr Richardson was limited to me and Mike's college years and the occassional meeting at a college-friend wedding. Mr Richardson always greeted me (and my family) with a big smile, a strong handshake and a very kind word. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. The Wilson's

Dear Shirley,You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.I'll ALWAYS remember with gratitude the day I moved and he was there helping with whatever needed done. And I'll remember the Sundays he made sure people were greeted as they entered the church. His sence of humor was a treasure. When I thought for sure he was serious, it was then he would burst into laughter--that sound makes me smile as I remember him. I'll miss him on Sundays! Sincerely, Mary Paice
