  Shirley, Eddie and Mike: My sincerest condolences to the three of you and your families. Although, I am simply a friend of the family, your husband/dad was like a second father to me. I have known him my entire life and my years of memories of him will be with me forever. I feel my own sorrow in his loss and cannot imagine the grief that you feel. I'm sure we will all take comfort in knowing that he is in a better place now with our Maker and no longer has to fight or feel pain.   Dear Shirley,You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.I'll ALWAYS remember with gratitude the day I moved and he was there helping with whatever needed done. And I'll remember the Sundays he made sure people were greeted as they entered the church. His sence of humor was a treasure.
