James M. Livingston, 89, of Steubenville, Ohio died Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Carriage House. He was born November 24, 1929 in Steubenville a son of the late James M. & Janet Duncan Livingston, Sr. He was retired from Weirton Steel Tin Mill electric shop and an Army veteran of the Korean War. Jim was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church; American Legion Post 33 and a 1947 graduate of Steubenville High School. Preceding Jim in death were his parents; wife V. Carol Garrison Livingston who passed away on August 19, 2018; and sister Allison Livingston. Jim is survived by his son David (Cynthia) Livingston of Steubenville; daughter Debra Rowe of Cincinnati; grandchildren Sara (Jason) Nance, Candell (Patrick) Looman, Darak (Tricia) Livingston, Brandon, Kristie & Kyle Rowe; and six great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. until the time of services at 2:30 p.m. Entombment at Union Cemetery.
