James H. Tice 71 of Wintersville, Ohio died Friday, January 16, 2004 at Carriage Inn of Cadiz. He was born in Steubenville on January 11, 1933 a son of the late Jesse N. and Hilda M. Totten Tice. Jim was a member of Wintersville Baptist Temple and Steubenville Masonic Lodge 45 F&AM. He was former president of Wintersville Lions Club and received the club‘s “Man of the Year” award twice. Jim also served as president of Wintersville Chamber of Commerce. Jim was in sales at the former Stambaugh Hardware and served in US Air Force. Surviving are his wife Donna Gambill Tice; two daughters Cindy (Jim) Sninchak of Bloomingdale and Rhonda Kim (Michael) Brown of Wintersville; three granddaughters Jennifer (Ryan) Hall of Richmond, Ohio, Heather Brown of Wintersville and Jessica Sninchak of Bloomingdale; and great grandson Devin Hall. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.; where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor John Beard officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery. Masonic services 7:30 p.m. Monday Ohio Valley Veterans will conduct cemetery services.
