James F. “Irish Jim” O’Connell, Jr., 84, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 at Trinity West. He was born April 28, 1932 in McMechen, WV a son of the late James F. and Frances Surver O’Connell, Sr. Surviving are his wife Cora O’Connell. According to Jim’s wishes there will be no services. Burial at Two Ridges Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville.
