James F. Davis, 67, of Wintersville, Ohio died Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at Trinity West ER. Jim was born in Follansbee, WV on October 29, 1938. He retired from the accounting department at Weirton Steel Co. General Offices and was past president of the 25 Year Club. He was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church; Weirton F.O.P.A. Lodge I; Steubenville Elks; Weirton Steel Management Club; and Knights of Columbus Msgr. Dooley Council. Preceding Jim in death were his father Floyd Davis and brother Jack. Surviving are his wife Mary Kay Davis; daughter Kathy (Barry) Patterson of Steubenville; mother Dorothy S. Mort Davis Hall of Sebring, Ohio; and brothers Robert Davis of Peru, IN and Ronald L. Davis of Steubenville. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Peters Church with Msgr. George Yontz officiating.
