James E. Blackburn, 64, of Richmond, Ohio passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Trinity West after a brief illness. He was born on April 5, 1958 a son of the late Robert B. Blackburn & the late Sylvia Boniey Blackburn. He was a retired sales rep. for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, loved to fish and help anyone in need. Jim was preceded in death by his nephew Douglas Wisnieski.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Kim L. Randalson Blackburn; two sisters Lynne Wisnieski & Margaret “Peg” (Lew) Otto; a brother; several nieces and nephews.
Per his request, private services will be observed with burial at Fort Steuben.
