Dear Miller Family, I was saddened to read of Jim's passing. We had coffee together at McDonalds several times a week for the past few years. He often spoke in glowing terms of the wonderful relationship that he had with his entire family. He will be missed by all who knew him. My thoughts are with you. Sincerely, Jeff Copeland
