Living in the country as we did, my brother and I never had playmates. I leaned to ride a bike, play jacks, Chinese jump rope and jail brake with the five wonderful children Jackie brought into the world when we stayed with our Grandmother. Jackie was nothing but kindness to my Grandmother and Aunt when they lived next door and I still to this day cherish the memories of that childhood time. May Jackie's soul take comfort in the wonderful family she raised and find the place she richly deserves at God's side. Cheryl Hay (Shively).
