Jacqueline K. Lowe, 65, of Steubenville died Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Trinity West ER. She was born in Follansbee, WV on July 10, 1948 a daughter of the late Pete and Elizabeth Benzo Donner. Jacqueline had worked for Convenient Food Mart. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Kimberly Lowe Gulan. Jacqueline is survived by her husband Thomas F. Lowe; sister Karen Richman of Fairmont, WV; brother Pete Donner of Follansbee, WV; granddaughters Danyelle Harvey and Gionna Gulan, both of Steubenville. Friends may call at Shorac Funeral Home (formerly McClave’s), 611 N. 4th Street, Steubenville, OH on Saturday from 11a.m. until time of service 1p.m. with Rev. Bill Westling officiating.
