Obituary For Jacqueline A. Jones

Jacqueline A. Jones, 76, of Wintersville passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 7, 1946 in Steubenville the daughter of the late Arthur “Doc” and Beatrice Nicholson Daugherty. She had volunteered for many years at the Mingo Sportsman’s and retired from Nicholson’s Bakery after many years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved dachshund “Sophie”. Jacqueline is survived by her husband William G. Jones, whom she married in 1969; son John (Katie) Jones of Wapakoneta, OH; daughters Cheryl (William) Figley of Bloomingdale, OH and Amy (Felix) Davis of Columbus, OH; grandchildren Brian Wilson, Taylor Jones and Seth Davis; 2 great grandchildren. Services will be private.
