Jackie W. “Jack” Jarrett, 86, of Wintersville, Ohio went home to be with his Lord on Saturday October 14, 2023. He was born March 21, 1937 In Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late Linas Carl & Ona Tumlin Jarrett.
Jack worked as a Ladle crane-man in the BOE at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation, the first eleven years in the open hearth.
Jack was a member of Finley Church since childhood serving as a Trustee. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge # 45. Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating & traveling.
Jack is preceded in death by his son Barry Jarrett; brother Jerry Jarrett and sister Marceline Vankirk. He is survived by his children Jerry L. (Lana) Jarrett & Jill (Wesley) Martin; grandchildren Zackary, Logan, Joshua & Macy and great-grandchildren Caden, Parker, Madison, Wesley & Isaac.
Friends may call at Finley Church, 958 Lincoln Avenue, Steubenville, Ohio 43952 on Friday October 20, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 a.m. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
