Jack E. Rayburn 69 of Wintersville, OH died Tuesday, October 14, 2003 at Trinity West, Steubenville. He was born in Steubenville on April 11, 1934 a son of the late Charles F. and Emma Casto Rayburn. He was Protestant by faith. Jack was retired from the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 490, Steubenville. He was Co-Owner of Mo’s Pizza, Amsterdam, OH. Served in the Navy Reserves. He was also a member of the River Valley Cruisers, Wintersville. Preceded in death by brother William Rayburn. He is survived by his wife Thelma Miller Rayburn, sons Frank (Maryann) Rayburn of Wintersville, William (Cyndi) Rayburn of Oak Harbor, OH and David (Jeanine) Rayburn of Wintersville, daughter Deborah Rayburn of Houston, TX, 8 grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9p.m., where funeral services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. Burial at Union Cemetery, Steubenville.
