Isobel G. Tedreau of Steubenville, Ohio died Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Valley Hospice. She was born in Scotland a daughter of the late John B. & Isabella Brown Glasgow. She was a member and deacon of First Westminster Presbyterian Church and Naomi Circle. Isobel served as recording secretary and past chief Daughter of Scotch Thistle Lodge 119 of Daughters of Scotia; member of LaBelle Chapter 414 Order of Eastern Star; Social Order of Beaucant #57; and Oak Twig. She retired in 1985 as a librarian at the University of Steubenville after 20 years service. Preceding Isobel in death were her husband Ross B. Tedreau, daughter Isobel Tedreau and sister Susan Glasgow.Friends may call at Shorac Funeral Home (formerly McClave Funeral Home), 611 N. Fourth St., Steubenville on Monday 3-6 p.m. On Tuesday, visitation at First Westminster Church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jason Elliott & Rev. Robert Shearer officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.Memorials may be directed to First Westminster Church.
