Irene Slavik Lantz 82 of Lake Mary, Florida, formerly of Steubenville died Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at South Seminole Hospital. She was born in Steubenville on January 31, 1922 the daughter of the late Louis and Katherine Kakascik Slavik. Irene was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Preceding her in death were her husband Lavone V. Lantz and one brother Louis. Irene is survived by three daughters Larene, Bridget and Karla Lantz and two grandchildren Jeffrey and Kristen.
