Ida L. Porter, 88, of Mingo Junction, Ohio passed away on June 27, 2022 at Trinity West ER. She was born on November 5, 1933 in Unionport, Ohio a daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin & Beryl Beltz Myers. Ida was a member of Finley United Methodist Church and worked many years as a seamstress.
Ida was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Porter on July 19, 2014. She was also preceded in death by her two sisters Thelma Cathers & Betty Gillespie and brother Frank Myers.
She is survived by three daughters Peggy (Jay) Costello, Patty (David) Yuricic & Sue (Bruce) King; seven grandchildren Bonnie (Ryan) Oberholtzer, Jacob (Loushuanna) Sciance, Melissa (Max) Gingerich, Andy & Matt Yuricic, Jirapan (Josh) Zhang and Jordan King; seven great-grandchildren, Aiden, Zoey, Liam, Kiara, Kyre, Kamryn & Noah.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday from 11 am to 1 pm. Private burial at Oakland Cemetery.

Peggy Jay and family I didnt know your mom but I do know how it feels to lose one my name is Debbie I was the lady at the er that helped Jay get ur mom from the car I also brought you and your son and Jay some water into the family room my heart was breaking for you. I just wanted to give you a hug and tell you how sorry I am.
