Howard R. Rine, Jr., 77, of Jewett, Ohio, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on February 25, 2026. He was born on November 26, 1948, in Glen Dale, WV, a son of the late Howard R. & Bernedda Gray Rine, Sr. Howard proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War and then worked for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. Howard loved spending most of his time working on cars.
Howard is survived by his loving wife, Terri Cornell Rine; daughter Christina Rine; grandson Caden Byers; brother David Rine; and stepdaughter Teresa Cornell Strohmeyer.
In accordance with Howard’s wishes, there will be no services.
