After I moved away, I have often wondered how my favorite elementary school teacher was doing and was saddened by the news. Mrs. Cusick was my 5th and 6th grade teacher at Wayne Elementary School. She was one of the reasons that I became a teacher myself. She not only taught, but inspired. She will be sadly missed. She was loved by many and has made such a difference in children's lives everywhere. Not many people leave this earth touching so many. She was a beautiful person. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

My friend, Helen, was a great lady and mentor to all who knew and loved her. Helen will accomplish great feats and make music in a new and better place now. We can take comfort knowing Helen's perpetual works for others will continue on in God's kingdom. Her absence leaves an empty void that no one so special and compassionate as Helen can fill. My heartfelt sympathy is extended to Helen's family and MANY friends. Listen to your hearts; her music is still there
