Helen M. Pleise 73 of Wintersville, Ohio died Thursday, December 18, 2003 at Trinity West. She was born in Zanesville, Ohio on May 26, 1930 a daughter of the late Charles L. Cooper and the late Anna Mae Martin Cooper Harter. Helen had attended Richmond U.P. Church and was a member of Wintersville American Legion Post 557 Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter F. “Tiny” Pleise on June 7, 2003; two brothers James R. Cooper and John P. “Jack” Cooper; two sisters Mary Jane Cerra and Karen Ann Davis and her stepfather George Harter. Surviving is her daughter Sharon Marie Pleise of the residence; three sisters Catherine Dellinger of Fairborn, Ohio, Ruth (Jack) Parks of Richmond, Ohio and Connie Snider of Wintersville; two brothers Charles (Shirley) Cooper of Daytona, FL and William (Marsha) Cooper of Highland Beach, FL; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., where services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
