  To former neighbors: I just saw Helen's obituary on line. It is so hard to watch all the dear ones who watched over us on Lincoln Heights leave this earth. We were so blessed to have parents who had such strong values and cared for us. My folks passed away July 2007 and May 2008.   Dear Mike and family, We were so sorry when we heard about the loss of Helen. We cannot imagine her not being there with you and the the girls. Whenever we would visit with Marie and John we always knew we would get to see Helen and have the chance for a lovely visit. When we think back on all the years we have know you and the family it saddens us because it is as if she were our family too, if fact we do consider you family.   Dear Sgt. Mike & Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I can't believe she is gone. We enjoyed our last visit with her at lunch at Aunt Marie's in August. I along with my brothers and sister will always remember Helen as that very "Sexy" lady. I know this time will be difficult for you all, death is not easy to understand, especially as sudden as it happened to Helen. You all know how much she will be missed by everyone she came in contact with. She was such a soft spoken lovely woman and we loved both her and you, such special friends to our mom and dad throughout our lives in Steubenville. She will be missed by alot of people. She was very special and loved her family dearly.
