I have many fond memories of Hazel and her wonderful family. On occasion we would spend the weekend in Wintersville with the Booth family. Saturday mornings would always start with a fantastic breakfast. The house was always filled with fun and great music. Hazel's favorite was clearly Elvis and his picture seemed to be all over the house. Bud didn't seem to be jealous. On occasion, Hazel would amaze me by playing guitar and singing some country music. She was very inspirational in getting me to play the guitar. Hazel had a large heart and I was lucky enough to know that she cared and loved me. And I loved her and I will miss her very much.
