Obituary For Harry W. Cash

Harry W. Cash, 73, of Wintersville, OH passed away after an extended illness on Monday, November 30, 2020 at The Laurels in Steubenville. He was born in Steubenville on August 8, 1947 a son of the late Harry and Ida Lamb Cash. Harry was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel after 32 years in the Coke Plant. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the Vietnam War with the 1st Air Calvary Division. Harry is survived by his brother Charles “Chuck” (Ann) Cash of Wintersville; nephew Adam Cash of Wintersville; special friends Rita Bremer and Carol Taylor. Private services will be held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Union Cemetery. Strict COVID-19 requirements observed. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice. Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad will conduct graveside honors. The family would like to thank The Laurels of Steubenville and Charity Hospice for all of their kindness to our family.

    So sorry about Harry's passing. He would always talk about my dad and all the old coke plant days. That and big red football.
