Hal was a good man. He was my boss at JC Penney back in the day. We had lots of fun there and he was a good boss too!! He always seemed to be happy and always greeted you with a smile. May he RIP ! Sal Perito

So sorry to hear of Hal's passing. He was a really nice guy whom I got to know working at Hancock Mfg Co. He loved his family very much. My deepest sympathy to them and his friends. Rest in peace Hal

To Hal, When we first met, we knew that there was a connection that would last through the ages. You and I became friends and then brothers! We have had a lot of great times, good conversations and sorrows of losing friends and loved ones over the years. Now it is my turn to say goodbye to you my brother and my heart is heavy for Deanna and Sean and their families that they will have the strength to cope with the loss of such a wonderful father and grandfather.
