Harlan George Reynolds, 76, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Trinity West. He was born October 2, 1944 in Virgie, Kentucky a son of the late Duran & Helena Kinney Reynolds. He was retired from Quanta Corp. and served in the Army during the Viet Nam War. Preceding Harlan in death were his wife Claudia R. Bates Reynolds (2007); son Jeffery W. Reynolds (2016); two brothers Perry & Johnny Reynolds and two sisters Kay Thornsbury & Louanna Tackett
Harlan is survived by his daughter Tina (Rob) Cecelones and three grandchildren Jordan Justice, Taylor Justice & Hannah Cecelones.
Due to the covid pandemic, all services are private.

I am sorry for your loss Tina your dad was my boss at Quanta Corporation from 89 until the day he retired we still stayed in contact throughout the years by sending each other Christmas cards every year I've sent a few and I did not get no response so I just googled his name and found out he was called home by the Lord.R.I.P Mr. Reynolds you Were one heck of a boss and also a father figure to me I will never forget you and I will see you again one day to thank you.
