Guy J. Traversa, Jr., 80, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Weirton Medical Center. He was born October 31, 1938 in Steubenville, a son of the late Guy J. & Antonetta L. DiBiase Traversa, Sr. He was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. and attended Triumph of the Cross Catholic Church. Guy is survived by his wife Helen E. Dailey Traversa; daughters Marie A. Traversa, Beth (Rick) Burns & Kathleen (Napoleon) Silva; three grandchildren Erika (Anthony) Martucci, Brandon (Leigh) Silva & Connor Silva; siblings Emilia “Millie” (Sylvester) DiGregory and Eugene Traversa. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the time of services at 3 p.m. with Rev. Tom Nau officiating.
