We remember Gretchen as a young child in the 1950's! She was often at Grandma Jean's with her dog Buffy. Always trying to sweet talk Grandma into putting BOSCO in her glass of milk. Apparently someone suspected Gretchen was allergic to chocolate, hence, it was forbidden! We remember one snowy Halloween when Aunt Jesse invited us over to go Trick or Treat! We went pounding on doors on Oakgrove and most of LaBelle with Gretchen in the lead! The driving rain turned into a heavy wet snow but there was no stopping us! What a candy haul! It was a great memory! La Belle was a great neighborhood years ago. We extend our sympathy to the entire family.

So sad to hear of Gretchen's passing. I'll always remember her sense of humor, the good times we had together, and all the great food she cooked for our family get-togethers. She will be missed! My thoughts and prayers are with Aimee, Emily, Brenda, Cindy and the rest of the family.
