Glen N. Zink, 76, of Annapolis, Ohio died Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Trinity West. He was born in Wheeling, WV on August 5, 1938 a son of the late Christian N. and Viola LaRue Zink, Sr. Glen served in the US Navy. He was the owner operator of the ferris wheel for Gamble Amusements. Preceding Glen in death were three brothers James, Clifford “Bud” and Henry “Punk” Zink. Surviving are his wife Ruth Zink; children Tory Zink of Wintersville, OH, John Zink of Follansbee, WV, Todd (Kim) Zink of Kingwood, WV, Glen (Stacey) Zink of Wintersville, OH, Anita Zink of Wellsburg, WV, Glenda Zink of Wellsburg, WV, Kenny Zink of Centerburg, OH and Chris Welshan of Follansbee, WV; five brothers Paul W. Zink of Wintersville, OH, Christian N. Zink, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA, Dale “Skip” Zink of Windham, OH, George S. “Nook” Zink of Ellenboro, NC and Bernard N. Zink of Steubenville, OH; three sisters Wanda Oiler of Mingo Junction, OH, Roxie Patterson of Triadelphia, WV and Dorothy Craig of Follansbee, WV; 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Friday 4 – 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
