Gertrude M. Montgomery, 103, of Naples, FL formerly of Wintersville passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2019. Surviving is her daughter Margaret Waters of Naples, FL. Graveside services will be held at Fort Steuben Burial Estates on Monday, June 10, 2019 at 11a.m. with Rev. Jason Elliott officiating.

Margaret , what a wonderful influence your mother had on the world of teaching. She inspired many to go into the profession. A former student and retired teaching of 40 total years, I still remember with fondness my elementary years spent with her at Harmony School. God blessed you with your beautiful mother. May you find peace in knowing many others were blessed by her presence!
