This is so heartbreaking I worked at Lancias and She was my absolute favorite resident I remember wen Leeann was out of town and she didnt have her diet ginger ale and pretzels and I went out and bought her some!! I don't think A hall will ever be the same without her! Heaven truly has a angel up there, she was so good to us girls who worked there we could go in her room anytime to cry and she would surly give us advice... She had a bond with some of us that was more like grandmother/granddaughter than aide/patient!!! I will remember her forever!!

Leanne and family,I am so sorry to hear of Gerts passing. She was absolutely an awesome lady. She always laughed with us girls and was there to listen when we had a problem. My fondest memory was when I brought my daughter to work and she fed her candy and watched tv with her for 14 hours! She will be sadly missed by all of is that knew and loved her.

Gert was my favorite resident to care for. Every time I was upset or stressed she would just listen and give advise. I truly wish now that I didnt get a new job so I could of been there for her last days. My heart goes out to LeeAnn and her family, thank you for all the fun times I got to be a part of.
