Gertrude E. Lash, 86, of Steubenville, OH died Thursday, August 15, 2013 at her home. She was born December 3, 1926 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Earl D. and Clerine Stout Westfall. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church. Preceding her in death was her husband Charles F. Lash, Jr.; sister Vesta DeVore; and two brothers Robert and Earl Westfall. Surviving are two sons Richard Lash of Steubenville, OH and David (Darlene) Lash of Youngsville, NC and sister-in-law Terry Westfall of Brilliant, OH. Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville Monday 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. where a funeral service will be held Tuesday 10 a.m. with Rev. Larry Garrison and Rev. Mike Renforth officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
