Gertrude E. Baker 57 of Steubenville, OH died Friday, March 28, 2003 at Trinity Medical Center, West, Steubenville. She was born in Costonia, OH on April 26, 1945 the daughter of Asa Monigold of Steubenville and the late Martha Harris Monigold Ewing. Preceded in death by her first husband John Lazich (1984) and a daughter Helen Lazich on April 23, 1977. She was protestant by faith. Surviving is her husband Wallace A. Baker at home, a daughter Mary Jane Milewsky and her husband Skip of Richmond, OH. Two brothers Asa and Donald (Debbie) Monigold both of Wintersville and Three sisters Barbara (Roger) Goff of Scotts Depot, WV., Martha Monigold and Thelma Wells both of Steubenville. Four grandchildren Jennifer, John, David and Kimmy Miller and several nephews and nieces. Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 12:30 p.m. Officiating Rev. P. Douglas George. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
