Gerald A. “Jerry” Bezak 60 of Mingo Junction, OH died Sunday, April 18, 2004 at his home of natural causes. He was born in Steubenville on September 19, 1943 a son of the late Michael and Mary Banos Bezak. He was employed at Weirton Steel, where he worked in the Steel Works Electronics Department, and he was a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by a brother Jack Bezak and sister Sarah Bezak. Jerry is survived by his wife Kay Wells Bezak, son Jim Bezak of Columbus, OH and daughter Kathy (Tom) Craig of Tulsa, OK, grandchildren Mackenize and Ryan Craig, brothers Michael Bezak of Smithfield, OH and Robert Bezak of New Castle, PA and sister Marion Cochenett of North Platte, Nebraska. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11a.m. with Rev. John Zuercher officiating. Burial at New Alexandria Cemetery.
