George H. Kindsvatter, 95, of Wintersville, Ohio died Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at Palliative Care. He was born December 18, 1910 in Steubenville a son of the late Richard F. and Elizabeth Hopkins Kindsvatter. George was a retired motor inspector at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Co. He was a member of Wintersville U.M. Church and Pilgrim Lodge 691 F&AM. Preceding George in death were his wife Helen F. Boyd Kindsvatter on March 12, 1992; son Brian Richie Kindsvatter; brothers Wyndham, Earl, Robert & Norman “Nemo” Kindsvatter; and sister Elizabeth “Sis” Weinman. Surviving are two sons G. Jerry Kindsvatter of Mentor, OH and Terry L. (Caroline) Kindsvatter of Fort Wayne, IN; and sister Naomi Parks of Naples, FL. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. Burial at Union Cemetery.
