GayLynn DeMattio Dutton, 61, of Wintersville Ohio died unexpectedly February 19, 2019 at her home. She was born February 18, 1958 in Steubenville a daughter of the late Frank & Rosemary Hickman DeMattio. She was a member of Crossroads Christian Church. GayLynn retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel as a millwright in the coke plant and later at several area physician’s offices as a medical assistant. She was preceded in death by her parents and niece Tara Gorrell.
GayLynn is survived by her husband Christopher E. Dutton; daughter Heather (Jason) Griffith; son Christopher Eric (Missy) Dutton; four grandchildren Sean Austin, Gage Nicolas, Conner James & Rylie Alyx; brother Mark (Amy) DeMattio; and sisters Sherry Gorrell & Melissa DeMattio.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Thursday, February 21, from 4-7 p.m. and on Friday from 9:30 until time of services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Greco officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to defray funeral expenses.
