Frieda M. McNeil 56 of Bloomingdale, Ohio died Sunday May 9, 2004 at Valley Hospice Palliative Care Unit, Steubenville, Ohio. She was born in Steubenville on January 4, 1948 the daughter of the late William and Evelyn Clemens. She was preceded in death by two brothers. Frieda was a homemaker and is survived by her husband Thomas A. McNeil; two sons, Ray Adams of Steubenville and Ron Ziarko of Bloomingdale; daughter Tina (husband Perry) Pool of Wintersville; two brothers Tom (wife Beverly) Presley of Mingo Junction, Ohio and Andrew Giffert of Pittsburgh, PA ; two sisters Mary Still Lauer of Ft. Wayne, IN and Dottie Still Cargill of Naples, FL; three grandsons, Craig Allan Morris, Cody Young and Brandon Lee Pool and many nephews and nieces. Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Minister Rob Rowe officiating.
