Fred E. Miller, 52, of Wintersville died Friday, June 5, 2009 at Valley Hospice North. He was born in Steubenville on August 4, 1956 a son of the late Vernon and Mary Wolfe Miller. He was a member of Union Local 809 and Mingo Sportsmans Club. Also preceded in death by a brother Vernon L. Miller. Fred is survived his sister Sylvia Livingston and her companion Jeff Aceto of Wintersville; brothers Bob Miller and his companion Helen Spanovich of Steubenville and Bill Miller of Bloomingdale; several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are private.

Bill,Bobby,Sis So sorry it has taken so long to send this to all of you.It is so hard to think Fred is gone we all miss him so much.He was one friend no one will ever forget.I know Frank and I never will nor will my mother.She thought the world of Fred she thought of him like a son,and he was good to her in return,which we will forever be grateful.We are thinking of all of you and keeping you all in our prayers.
