Franklin R. “Frank” Landy 55 of Mingo Junction, Ohio died Sunday, May 23, 2004 at Bolger Country Club Manor, Steubenville, OH. He was born in Whitesville, WV on May 29, 1948 a son of the late Willie A. and Patsy Underwood Landy. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Mingo Junction. Frank was retired from Weirton Steel, where he was a motor inspector and was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam. He is survived by his wife Debbie Liberatore Landy, sons Adam Landy of Dayton, OH and Coby Landy of Mingo Junction, brothers Andre Landy of Weirton, WV, Willie Landy of Bellmead, TX and Steve Landy of Marlin, TX, sisters Elaine Wiggleton and Twila McAllister of Marlin, TX and Theresa Skeens of Whitesville, WV. Friends may call at Hoff-Shorac Funeral Home, 235 Clifton Ave., Mingo Junction on Tuesday from 7-9p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Funeral liturgy with Mass on Thursday, 10a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church with Fr. James Dunfee officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery., Steubenville. Vigil service 8:45p.m. on Wednsesday.
