Franklin A. “Frank” Mills, 95, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Monday, August 5, 2019 at Carriage Inn. He was born January 1, 1924 in Steubenville, a son of the late Alfred R. & Bessie I. Anderson Mills. He was the retired general manager at Fellows Motors, Reilly & Hanna Chevrolet-Cadillac for over forty years. Preceding Frank in death were his wife Ruth V. Shernisky Mills; and siblings John Calvin Mills, Nancy Wood & Dorothy Jones.
Frank is survived by his children Robert A. (Katrina) Mills and Roger A. (Debbie) Mills all of Weirton, WV, Susan Mills of Cumming, GA & Blair Drazic of Grand Junction, CO; six grandchildren Matthew & Jennifer Apesos, Sarah Mills and Justin, Christopher & Daniel Drazic; and eight great grandchildren.
In honoring Frank’s request, all services and burial are private.
